Ordering Peonies!

 

 

ORDERING

To order bare roots peonies for a fall delivery, the easiest way is to send us an electronic mail or a Fax with your choices. Do not be bothered by calculating taxes and shipping fees, we will do it for you. Upon receipt of your order, we will confirm the availability of the peonies ordered and the total amount of your invoice including shipping fees and taxes.

If you prefer, you can also complete the ordering form below and send it to us, either by electronic mail, by fax or by regular post. No substitution will be made unless you give us the authorization to do it.

ORDERING FORM

 

GUARANTEE

We guarantee the quality of the peonies that we send. For orders within Canada, upon arrival of your plants, if they are not to your whole satisfaction, please just return them within a week following their receipt. You will get your money back. For orders outside Canada, please contact me for details.

However, we do not give a guarantee on the survival of your peonies after plantation because it depends on so many factors that are not under our control.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions about the plantation and maintenance of your peonies, particularly the Intersectionals which are a little different from the others herbaceous. Look carefully at the ¬Culture¬ section of this Website. All you need to know for a successfull plantation is there.

 

PAYMENT

Payment has to be made in advance either by cash, check, or bank transfer. No shipment will be made without beeing paid before. We have had bad experiences and fault of payments, either with regular customers, so, no exception will be made in the future. All our prices are in Canadian dollars.

FOREIGN ORDER

Upon request, we can ship peonies outside Canada. Miminum foreign order is $500 CAD. All the added expenses will be charged to the customer (necessary import permits and shipping expenses). Contact us for details and garantee.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

For bare roots divisions of peonies, orders will be shipped by ¬Express post¬ inside Canada. Shipping fees are at the charge of the customer. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation of the availability of the peonies and the amount of your invoice including shipping fees and applicable taxes.
